The Jandon is Sold
April 18, 2010
The Jandon (Grandpa Honey Bunny's sailboat) Sold...Yes we were all really sad, but we didn't tell Emma it sold. I don't think she knows yet. We are hoping that she will just forget the boat. We took her to the boat one last time. I had my awesome camera with me, but I forgot to charge the battery and couldn't take any photos, so I was stuck with my iPhone. These were the only photos that even came close to coming out. Emma was thrilled to be at the boat, but then again she always loved going to the boat.
I will keep this dress forever for her. She looked so cute, so very "Kennedy" on the boat. I am sad she never got to go for a sail before it was sold. I know she would have loved it.
Big Sister Class
April 10,2010
Sharp Mary Birch offered a "Big Sister / Big Brother" class, it was too cute to not pass up. It was one really fun Saturday morning. Emma was so excited about "going to school" to learn how to be the best big sister ever. We had to bring a doll, blanket and diaper. So Bitty Baby came along for the fun.
Emma got to learn how to diaper a baby!
How to swaddle a baby!
And she got to put on special clothes that doctors and nurses and sometimes mommys and daddys have to wear when in the hospital. She was too Cute!
At the end of the class Emma got a special certificate her hard work and learning how to be the best big sister.
Sailboat Cleanup
April 9,2010
The sad day finally came when Grandpa announced that he was going to sell his boat. Donald went down and cleaned it up on the weekends while they were out of town so that the boat could be shown to perspective buyers. Emma of course had a blast "helping" daddy with the clean up. We didn't have the heart to tell her that the boat was up for sale.

Morning at the Museum
April 8, 2010

Emma and I LOVE going to the Children's Museum down town. It's a fun creative place to learn and play. The membership was worth every penny, when I see how much fun Emma has every time we go!
For some reason we always start out at the clay. We make something there first and let it dry in the sun while we go play and then pick it up before heading home.
This time they had a place to do some watercolor art. Emma hasn't had a ton of time with her own watercolors, so this was a lot of fun and we pulled out her watercolors the moment we got home.
They had a really cool bouncy tunnel downstairs! Emma when in it twice! She was so exhausted I thought we would have to go home...
But who could resits these cute costumes and make believe play time?
Emma as a little goldfish.
And shark.

Waiting for Daddy
April 6, 2010
We had a really hot spring so Emma and I would pack a lunch and meet Daddy at the bay for lunch. Our favorite spot was just passed Sea Port Village behind the Convention Center.
While we waited for Daddy, Emma got to practice her jumping rope skills and blow bubbles.

And then she could kick back with daddy and eat her lunch.

Easter Sunday

For Easter this year we spent the morning with Grandma and Grandpa Honey Bunny, Uncle Kevin and Auntie Andra, and our good friends Joe and Irene. We had a lovely brunch before Donald, Emma and I all headed out for our own picnic at a park in RB. It was a lovely day and we had a wonderful time playing an relaxing. I kept forgetting to take photos of the day, but here are a few to share.
