Grandpa left today, but not with out making a new pal with little Emma. Grandpa's hat was a big favorite. Grandpa has only been gone for two hours and Emma is already looking for him every where we go.

It was Daddy's birthday yesterday, 35 happy years ago he was born. It was Emma's first time getting to enjoy a lit cake!

Guess who is visiting Emma........YAY Grandpa!!

After a few months of difficult eating, Emma loves to eat now and enjoys just about anything we put in front of her!

I keep forgetting to let you all know that Emma has a new toy. It is a bit crazy scary, but she loves it and she get tons of exercise when she is in it. Her doctor recommended that we get something like this, and amazingly enough this one that scared us the least (you should have seen the choices, they get way scarier than this)

Last night Daddy was out drafting his fantasy football team for the year so Emma and I had a Friday night spa treatment. Doesn't she look the part?

Last week Emma started saying her first words. Mommy was her first word followed two days later by Daddy. We are so proud of her!!

While I was sick, Daddy took over quite a bit in taking care of Emma. Daddy is seen here giving his "little bean" a bath. I think they both had a blast with the new experiences.

Mommy has been sick and is now feeling better so I am feel like posting to Emma's blog. I know it's been a few weeks, but I was busy taking pictures while Emma played on my bed during my cold. Emma never really seemed to get sick, but I was miserable. Her bright cheery face seemed to help me get through the day. Below is a picture of her in some new clothes from our friend Brenda and her "wee cheeky monkey" Grandma got for her. As you can see my cold didn't seem to bother her one bit.
